I wanted to give you all plenty of notice about their terms in advance of our Registration Line opening in the next couple of months or so. In addition, Registration Fees will remain unchanged from last year, ie:-

We will be taking over the entire hotel during the weekend. The hotel has 114 bedrooms and once it is full the hotel staff will direct you to another hotel nearby. All accommodation requires to be paid in full on booking. Full refund will be provided for any accommodation which is cancelled up to 48 hours prior to commencement of the Conference, ie by 24th October. Please notify the hotel in writing/verbally to cancel reservations. Prepayment will be refunded to the same payment method applied when booking.
Woodland Grange are offering an Early Bird Booking from the time our Registration Line opens in late February/early March until 31st July. From 1st August the rate will increase to their Conference rate. However, their child supplement rates will remain the same throughout. The hotel are offering delegates the opportunity of building their own family packages to accommodate their needs. Therefore, the packages will either consist of a single parent/adult plus child(ren), or 2 parents/adults plus child(ren) where appropriate.
Accommodation on is B&B basis:-

Double Occupancy (18+) - £110.00 pn
Child Supplement (5-17 years) - £20.00 pn
Child Supplement (2-4 years) - £10.00 pn

Conference Rate Booking (from 1st August 2023):-
Single Occupancy (18+) - £110.00 pn
Double Occupancy (18+) - £130.00 pn
Child Supplement (5-17 years) - £20.00 pn
Child Supplement (2-4 years) - £10.00 pn
Child Supplement (0-2 years) – Free
Dependent on the ages of children within families of 4 and 5, two rooms may be required. Families of 6 will require two rooms. In this instance the hotel will allocate, where possible, rooms next door to one another. However, this will depend on availability at time of booking. The hotel does not have any interconnecting rooms.
Where 2 rooms are required, the cost per room will be half the overall cost.
For example, a family of 4 with children aged 7 and 10 booking as Early Bird – 1 x double occupancy @ £110.00 and 2 x child supplements @ £40.00 = £150.00 pn - each room will cost £75.00 pn
The cost under the Conference Rate Booking will be £170.00 pn - each room costing £85.00 pn
A family of 5 with children aged 5 and over – 1 x double occupancy + 3 x child supplements = £170.00 pn (Early Bird) - each room will cost £75.00 pn or £190.00 pn (Conference Rate) with each room costing £80.00 pn
A family of 6 with children aged 5 and over – 1 x double occupancy + 4 x child supplements = £190.00 pn (Early Bird) - each room will cost £80.00 pn or £210.00 pn (Conference Rate), with each room costing £105.00 pn
All family rooms have a single bed stored under the king size bed and Z beds can be added to a room for an additional £35.00 (per stay not per night).
Please note, the hotel does not have cots. You will require to take your own one if required.

The hotel reservation line will open when our Conference Registration Line opens. You will be advised of the telephone number to call and the Conference code to provide to make your bookings prior to the Registration Line opening.
